HT&F believes in maximizing your time in
the gym whether it be working at one of our Tyson’s, Washington DC, Arlington, or corporate locations, designing a program specific to your goals and capabilities that combines strength training, core stability and cardiovascular exercise is what we do best.

Most often we use supersets and giant sets with very little rest to elevate the heart rate and maximize your caloric burn while taxing specific muscles.

HT&F uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in additional to the traditional state-state low intensity long duration cardio.

Even with a perfectly designed strength and cardiovascular program it is impossible for almost anyone to achieve the fitness level they desire without a food plan. Nutrition and exercise have to be used together in order to achieve fitness and HT&F will help you manage both for complete success!
