HT&F believes in maximizing your time in

HT&F uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in additional to the traditional state-state low intensity long duration cardio.
Even with a perfectly designed strength and cardiovascular program it is impossible for almost anyone to achieve the fitness level they desire without a food plan. Nutrition and exercise have to be used together in order to achieve fitness and HT&F will help you manage both for complete success!
